Production & Fulfillment
Once you place your order, our production partners get to work creating your items. Different products may be fulfilled by different partners, which means:
- Items in your order may ship separately
- Each item will have its own tracking number
- Production times vary by product type (typically 2-7 business days)

- U.S. Territories
- Canada
Estimated Delivery Times
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Typical timeframes:
- Coffee: 2-4 days production + 3-7 days shipping
- Apparel & Accessories: 2-7 days production + 3-10 days shipping
- Home Goods & Stationery: 2-7 days production + 3-10 days shipping

Order Tracking
You'll receive email notifications with tracking information as each item in your order ships. You can use these tracking numbers to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Since items may ship from different locations, shipping costs reflect this.
