At A Wicked Life Coffee, we offer high-quality print-on-demand items that are made to order just for you. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of print-on-demand items. Therefore, we offer a refund or exchange for any print-on-demand item that does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please follow these guidelines:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your print-on-demand item.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- If the item arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence.
Once we receive your item and approve your refund or exchange, we will process it within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for print-on-demand items that have been personalized with custom text, photos, or designs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
