SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at A Wicked Life! We want to ensure you have all the information you need about our shipping process.
PROCESSING TIME
Our products are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality:
• Print-on-Demand Items (apparel, tote bags, accessories, home decor): 2-7 business days
• Coffee Products: 3-5 business days (freshly roasted to order)
• Journals & Stationery: 2-7 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic Shipping (United States):
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (when available)
International Shipping:
• International Standard: 10-30 business days after production
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination address
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout when available.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive:
• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Link to track your package in real-time
• Updates on delivery status
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable)
• Providing an accurate shipping address including postal code
• Any additional fees charged by your country
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@awickedlife.com.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
• Contact us at info@awickedlife.com within 7 days of expected delivery
• Provide your order number and photos of damage (if applicable)
• We will work with you to resolve the issue
