PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All products at A Wicked Life are custom-made or print-on-demand items, produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have the following cancellation policy:
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
• To request a cancellation, email info@awickedlife.com immediately with your order number
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Our products enter production quickly to ensure fast delivery:
• Print-on-Demand Items: Production begins within 2-24 hours
• Coffee Products: Roasting begins within 24 hours
• Journals & Stationery: Production begins within 2-24 hours
WHY WE CAN'T CANCEL AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS
Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order:
• Materials are allocated and cut to your specifications
• Coffee is freshly roasted to order
• Designs are printed on-demand
• Products cannot be resold once personalized
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you change your mind after production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order. However, you may:
• Refuse delivery (you will not receive a refund)
• Keep the item and gift it to someone else
• Review our Refund Policy for defect or damage claims
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you have a subscription order:
• You can cancel future subscription shipments at any time
• Current orders already in production cannot be cancelled
• Contact info@awickedlife.com to manage your subscription
EXCEPTIONS
We may make exceptions for:
• Duplicate orders placed by mistake (contact us immediately)
• System errors or technical issues
• Extenuating circumstances (reviewed case-by-case)
