We want you to love your A Wicked Life products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right.
Important: Made-to-Order Products
Because most of our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. This helps us reduce waste while still ensuring your satisfaction.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged items: Manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage during shipping
- Wrong item received: If you received an item different from what you ordered
- Quality issues: Items that don't meet our quality standards
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our business and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Coffee products (opened or unopened)
- Items in original condition that you simply changed your mind about
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- We'll review your case and arrange for a replacement at no cost to you
- No need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it
Wrong Size or Color?
We want you to get exactly what you need! If you ordered the wrong size or color:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We may be able to offer a discount on a replacement order
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer free exchanges for sizing/color preference changes since items are made-to-order
Refund Process
For approved returns:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
